PROGRAM FEES & COST

Each course is a 3-credit Study Abroad course, for a total of 6 credits.

A breakdown of costs is as follows:

$1,700* - Out of pocket expenses - These are not covered by Financial Aid or tuition and include airfare, meals, personal expenses, additional transportation, visas, and supplies.

Figures are estimates only and could be either higher or lower depending on the individual. Please speak to your professor or Study Abroad office in order to get a better estimate. 

Tuition for 6 credits @ $2,644 per credit - $15,864 in total.

$2,963 program fee which includes: Lodging, Airport transfers, fees to select cultural activities, and Welcome and Farewell dinner. 

Federal aid and loans are available for the summer for students enrolled half-time or more, if eligible. No state aid is available for summer programs. In most cases, UM merit scholarships do not apply to summer study abroad.
